Tyler has over 8 years experience as a baseball instructor and strength/conditioning coach. He focuses on sport specific exercises with an emphasis on core strength and speed training. He has trained over 60 athletes who have signed college athletic scholarships. And also
trained 3 professional baseball players. He previously worked as the director of operations at ERA Sports Inc and Flood City Elite travel baseball in central Pennsylvania. Flood City Elite is regarded as one of the top travel baseball organizations in PA with over 130 athletes moving on to play college baseball and 6 have been drafted. He has experience working with hitters, fielders, and pitchers.
Tyler played college baseball at Penn State Altoona. He was named team Most Valuable Player in 2007 with a team high .398 batting average. He has also won the team Sportsmanship award and was selected to the Academic All-Conference team.
Tyler is a professor of sports management and loves teaching Principles of Coaching to current and future coaches.
He has experience with every age group and looks forward to working with Chaz Lytle Baseball and contributing to an already outstanding staff of baseball professionals
